Overview

The Senior Digital Marketing Officer position is an excellent opportunity to join the Marketing team to plan, produce, and deliver strong digital content while maintaining high standards for Cheshire College South and West's website.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage website content.
• Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure the website reflects the College’s experience and course offerings.
• Collaborate with the wider team to create campaign assets.
• Identify emerging digital developments and trends.
• Work in live environments, operating professional-level equipment to capture key College content.
• Support in the preparation, setup, and execution of College events.

Person Specification Requirements

• Degree and/or comparable professional qualification.
• Qualification in Marketing (desirable).
• Full and valid UK driving licence.
• Evidence of ongoing professional development.
• Strong interpersonal skills with experience in liaising confidently with a range of stakeholders, building effective relationships.
• Experience of content management systems and website development.
• Understanding of the importance of delivering excellent customer service and acting on feedback.
• Understanding of equality, diversity, and inclusion in the work and learning environment.
