Self Employed Support Worker Required (FEMALE ONLY)

This role requires a person who can fluently speak and understand English, as it involves acting and speaking on my behalf when needed.

Job Description

The support worker will assist me in attending various social activities according to my instructions, which include:

  • Going to the cinema
  • Bowling
  • Playing pool
  • Shopping
  • Attending classes and sporting activities
  • Meeting friends
  • Attending craft shows and events

As my support worker, your role is to provide the necessary help and support in the community for me to participate in these activities.

Requirements for the Support Worker Role

  • You must be a car driver and have basic computer skills to effectively carry out the required support.
  • Preferably a non-smoker.
  • You must have training or experience in working with individuals with Autism.
  • You need to be flexible and able to adjust your schedule on short notice.
  • Applicants should be reliable, trustworthy, friendly, patient, and understanding.
  • Willingness to learn how to provide the best support is essential.

Additional Requirements

  • An Enhanced DBS certificate
  • Public Liability insurance
  • Registration with HMRC
  • The ability to supply a monthly invoice.
