Sales Executive

Overview

Taylor Wimpey plc is seeking a dedicated Sales Executive to deliver a first-class customer experience for all parties involved in purchasing a new home. The role requires a commitment to meeting sales targets and maximizing profits for the business.

Primary Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the development, presentation, and entire purchase process.
• Serve as the reference point for purchasers and all internal and external parties from initial contact to completion of the sale.
• Promote and utilize company-recommended mortgage brokers and solicitors to facilitate efficient service for customers.
• Ensure all administrative and reporting requirements are met according to company policies and timelines.
• Conduct market research, price benchmarking, advertising, and other marketing events to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Proactively seek target customers and create appointments; follow up leads to ensure sales targets are met and customer satisfaction is achieved.
• Conduct home inspections, introduce customers to their new homes, and ensure aftercare at defined intervals post-move.
• Ensure the health and safety of customers, colleagues, and other parties on-site in accordance with legal requirements and company policies.
• Adhere to company procedures, performance standards, and the Sales Manual.

Note: The role requires regular weekend and bank holiday working.

Experience and Qualifications

• Sales experience in the housing industry.
• High levels of self-management.
• Exceptional customer service skills and sales excellence.
• Computer literacy.
• Full driving license and ownership of a car.
