This role involves offering comprehensive Employee Relations support, managing complex cases including investigations and hearings, and ensuring adherence to Trust policies on equality and diversity.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide professional advice and support to managers regarding Trust People Management policies.
- Advise on disciplinary, grievance, and sickness management issues.
- Log and track all ER casework in the ER Tracker system.
- Assist in managing sickness absence proactively.
- Facilitate the implementation of Trust equality objectives.

Person Specification
Education/Qualifications
- Associate CIPD membership and a CIPD level 5 qualification or equivalent experience.
- Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
Experience
- Proven experience in Employee Relations casework.
- Experience interpreting HR policies and supporting change management.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- In-depth knowledge of current employment law and ER practices.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex information clearly.
- Ability to analyze data and manage caseloads effectively.
