This role involves offering comprehensive Employee Relations support, managing complex cases including investigations and hearings, and ensuring adherence to Trust policies on equality and diversity.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide professional advice and support to managers regarding Trust People Management policies.
• Advise on disciplinary, grievance, and sickness management issues.
• Log and track all ER casework in the ER Tracker system.
• Assist in managing sickness absence proactively.
• Facilitate the implementation of Trust equality objectives.

Person Specification

Education/Qualifications

• Associate CIPD membership and a CIPD level 5 qualification or equivalent experience.
• Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.

Experience

• Proven experience in Employee Relations casework.
• Experience interpreting HR policies and supporting change management.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• In-depth knowledge of current employment law and ER practices.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex information clearly.
• Ability to analyze data and manage caseloads effectively.
