Overview

Kaffeine is looking for an energetic, fast-paced Waiter/Waitress to join Kaffeine's dynamic team. The ideal candidate must be quick on their feet, have excellent customer service skills, and be able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests promptly and seat them quickly.
• Efficiently take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar in a timely manner.
• Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring that orders are accurate.
• Be attentive to guest needs, offering quick service without sacrificing quality.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and swiftly.
• Maintain clean and organized tables, resetting quickly for the next guests.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Process payments and provide accurate change, maintaining a quick turnaround for all guests.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a waiter/waitress.
• Must be quick, efficient, and able to handle a fast-paced environment.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods and carry food trays.

Shift and Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Weekend availability

Experience:

• Organisational skills: 1 year (preferred)
• Serving: 1 year (required)
• Customer service: 1 year (required)
