Citygate Automotive is actively searching for a dynamic and personable Showroom Host to join Citygate Automotive's team, dedicated to creating an exceptional and welcoming atmosphere for all customers and visitors. In this pivotal role, you will be the face and voice of Citygate Automotive's organisation, embodying a commitment to friendly and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and visitors warmly, introducing them to the person they are here to see or assisting them in the customer area.
• Providing refreshments as needed and ensuring their comfort while waiting.
• Maintaining cleanliness in the reception and customer waiting area, promptly removing used cups and rubbish.
• Responding to telephone calls efficiently, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
