Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join Conwy County Borough Council's busy Consultancy Team, working on a range of civil engineering and infrastructure projects across the County under accredited quality, environmental and health and safety standards.

Conwy County Borough Council is looking for an extremely organised individual with appropriate qualifications and experience to assist Conwy County Borough Council's Principal Engineers to deliver a variety of large and small highway, traffic, and other engineering projects.

There will be opportunities for the successful candidate to embark on or progress their professional qualifications towards I.Eng or C.Eng status with the Institution of Civil Engineers.

Responsibilities include:

• Good knowledge of civil and structural engineering principles.
• Understanding of highway design standards/DMRB.
• NEC4 contract preparation and management.
• CDM Regulations and Health and Safety legislation.
