Overview

Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Partner, you will ensure Waitrose & Partners's success for the future by seeking opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity. You will play a crucial role in the e-commerce function, ensuring a safe operation while modeling excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the picking operation to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries in-store.
• Utilize coaching skills to support team members in their development.

Required Experience:

You must hold a full valid UK manual driving license for vehicles up to 3500kg with no more than six points and be at least 18 years old. A license check and security verification will be part of the application process.

Desired Experience:

• No blameworthy collisions in the last two years.
• No endorsements on your driving license.
