This challenging yet rewarding position involves leading a team and driving operational success in a Subway® franchise.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment, induction, and training of employees according to Subway® brand standards.
• Creating and managing the staff schedule to ensure adequate coverage.
• Checking in deliveries and matching orders with daily banking.
• Preparing necessary paperwork related to stock and sales, including employee pay and timesheets.
• Managing cash balances and minimizing wastage effectively.
• Ensuring compliance with Subway® and council guidelines.
• Performing inventory management, including weekly stock takes and reporting.
• Analyzing the Weekly Sales & Inventory Report to identify improvement opportunities.
• Overseeing housekeeping activities to maintain store cleanliness and presentation.
• Implementing in-store marketing materials and promotions in line with campaigns.
• Ensuring safety procedures are followed to prevent injuries.
• Providing a safe work environment for both employees and customers.
• Promoting and encouraging high levels of customer service among staff.
• Handling unresolved or escalated customer complaints efficiently.
• Delivering a high standard of service in all customer interactions.

Who Subway're Looking For

You may currently be working as a Catering Manager, Store Manager, or Restaurant Manager. Alternatively, you might be an experienced Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Deputy Manager looking to advance your career.
