This role focuses on hitting targets and building relationships to grow a pipeline of new prospects, ultimately increasing sales revenue and member count. You'll have the platform to create your own success story through David Lloyd’s unique selling methods.

Responsibilities of a Sales Manager:

• Explore opportunities while guiding your team and practicing sales excellence.
• Deliver coaching sessions, team 1:1s, and training.
• Ensure sales team compliance and conduct inspections.
• Maintain interdepartmental relationships, attending key meetings.
• Accountable for sales targets, leading by example in selling memberships.
• Identify local community opportunities to drive new inquiries.
