Responsibilities

• Recruit and train employees according to Subway® brand standards, leading by example.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Check in deliveries, perform order matching, and manage daily banking.
• Prepare necessary paperwork related to stock and sales, including employee pay and timesheets.
• Manage cash balances and minimize waste.
• Ensure full compliance with Subway® and council guidelines.
• Conduct inventory management and stock control, including weekly stock takes and reporting.
• Analyze the Weekly Sales & Inventory Report to drive business improvements.
• Oversee housekeeping activities to maintain store cleanliness and presentation.
• Implement in-store marketing materials in line with campaigns.
• Ensure safety procedures are strictly followed to prevent injuries.
• Provide a safe working environment for both employees and customers.
• Promote high levels of customer service among employees.
• Handle unresolved and escalated customer complaints effectively.
• Deliver outstanding service while managing products, sales, inquiries, and catering to customer needs.

Qualifications

You may currently hold a position as a Catering Manager, Store Manager, or Restaurant Manager. Alternatively, you could be an experienced Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Deputy Manager aiming to advance your career.
