Sales Management Trainee

Overview

Vanguard Ventures is looking for a motivated and driven individual to join Vanguard Ventures's Sales Management Trainee programme. The successful candidate will be provided with comprehensive training in all aspects of management, including team building, budgeting, customer service, and problem solving. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment and develop their skills in management.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in job shadowing and on-the-job training.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.
• Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Assist in the development of policies and procedures.
• Provide feedback to management on performance issues.
• Attend meetings and take notes.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Pay:

£27,413.00 - £33,643.00 per year

Additional Pay:

• Bonus scheme
• Performance bonus
