Role Overview

As a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse, you will manage a universal plus and partnership plus caseload. You will collaborate with other agencies to ensure the best health outcomes for children and families. Your role involves:

• Working with clients from diverse backgrounds with varying needs.
• Delivering evidence-based services using a wide range of assessment and intervention tools.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of the universal offer in a 0-19 integrated neighbourhood team.
• Provide health and development reviews, health promotion, screening, and support for parents and young people.
