Wilson James is looking for a Security Officer to join Wilson James's fantastic team based at St Pancras, London. The client is an innovator and world leader in the Tech sector. They are also an integral company within a well-known multinational technology conglomerate, headquartered in California. What do you get from Wilson James:

• The Role: Full-time, 60 hours per week, 5 days a week, 7am to 7pm
• Pay: £13.86 per hour

A typical day in the life as a Security Officer:

• Ensuring the building is safe and protected by carrying out both internal and external patrols, actively preventing any security concerns.
• Checking and verifying entry passes, monitoring of alarm systems, access control, and investigating any suspicious activity or behavior.
• Interaction with customers, meeting and greeting both staff and visitors; listening to requests, taking an interest in what they have to say, showing empathy, and being prepared to answer questions and follow up where you feel you might be able to help. • SIA Licence
• Experience in a security environment is beneficial but not essential; Wilson James is willing to put the time and resources into someone who may be recently licensed to give you the first step you might need.
