Sales / Purchase Ledger Administrator

Overview

Pentagon (Jersey) Wholesale Limited is looking to recruit an experienced and well-organized individual to join Pentagon Builders Merchant's accounts team as a Sales / Purchase Ledger Administrator. Your main duties within this role will include:

• Daily Bank Reconciliation
• Allocation of payments received
• Distribution of monthly statements and invoices
• Completing claims
• Answering incoming calls and transferring them to the correct department
• Ensuring supplier statements balance

Experience is preferred but not essential, as training can be provided to the right candidate.
