As a Store Supervisor, you will:

• Assist store management in coaching new team members.
• Help team members settle in and develop their product knowledge.
• Grow your amazing customer retail skills.

Your Background

You'll have retail or customer service experience, but what really sets you apart is your ability to sell. You'll have the communication skills, confidence, and outgoing personality needed to build rapport with customers and showcase product features. You will also be ambitious. Being a Store Supervisor is a stepping stone into your first management role - and with Signet Jewelers (H. Samuel & Ernest Jones)'s coaching, training, and support, you can develop quickly.
