Job Overview

Smiggle's Smiggle store in Ealing is seeking a passionate part-time Supervisor to create an engaging experience for Smiggle's customers and team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve results.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Assist in leading, coaching, and developing team members to achieve KPIs.
• Prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Ensure excellent customer service with a positive attitude.

Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
