A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SENIOR RECEPTIONIST AT THE GANTRY LONDON

What you'll be doing...

  • Welcoming guests with a warm, personalized approach, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive.
  • Proactively anticipating guests' needs, solving problems swiftly, and providing an elevated experience that exceeds expectations.
  • Managing reservations, upselling room upgrades, and other services to enhance guest experience and maximize room revenue.
  • Conducting financial audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance as per the daily audit checklist.
  • Supporting, motivating, and guiding the front desk team to deliver consistent service excellence.

WHAT RBH Management NEED FROM YOU

  • Minimum 12 months as a receptionist in a fast-paced comparable environment.
  • A passion for creating new moments for every guest, ensuring their stay is memorable.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with exceptional interpersonal abilities.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work well within a team.
  • Previous experience with QNQ system (preferred but not essential) and familiarity with hotel products, services, and policies.
  • Willingness to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, as per operational needs.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team to ensure smooth and efficient front office operations.
