Spa Receptionist

Overview

As a Spa Receptionist reporting to the Spa Manager, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting 3d Leisure's guests and members while also managing bookings. Your key responsibilities include maximizing the Spa's revenue through effective scheduling, treatment room bookings, and product sales.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests.
• Handle bookings efficiently to maximize revenue.
• Ensure a warm welcome for all clientele.
• Deliver outstanding service consistently.

Pay and Benefits:
