Sales Representative

Overview

Sans Couture Jewellers is currently seeking a sales representative to join Sans Couture Jewellers's team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient administrative processes and ensuring the smooth running of daily tasks. An extensive understanding of the rent to rent industry is mandatory, as well as a general background in property and sales.

Duties:

• Onboard paid bespoke clients
• Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
• Type correspondence, reports, and other documents
• Computerise information using various software applications such as Google Sheets and Google Slides
• Manage the company's social media and PR relations
• Answer phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
• Schedule viewings
• Deal with complaints and queries

Requirements:

• Proven experience in an administrative role
• Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
• Proficiency in using CRM software
• Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
• Good written and verbal communication skills

Pay:

£13.00 per hour

Expected hours:

30 – 40 per week
