Business Job Title: Sales Representative Isotope Mass Spectrometry, IOMS Emerging Markets

Group/Division: Analytical Instruments Group / Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry Division

Location: EMEA, remote

Main Job Responsibilities:

  • Sell the IOMS products in the responsible territory to public companies, universities, industries, and related businesses.
  • Acquire new customers in the fields of Geosciences, Forensics, Food Science, and related areas.
  • Collaborate closely with the EMEA IOMS Sales team.
  • Provide financial (forecast, revenue recognition) and technical information from the field to meet targets.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction (CAS).
  • Work with channel partners in the territory.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales plans for bookings and revenues.
  • Coordinate IOMS sales activities for the region and ensure timely, high-quality sales reporting.
  • Prepare and present technical assistance, consultation, and problem-solving for customers.
  • Identify growth potential and strategies for short- and long-term growth.
  • Follow guidelines on Global Trade Compliance.
  • Utilize SFDC to keep IOMS projects timely updated.
  • Keep channel partners informed and trained on IOMS products.

Role Requirements:

Skills/Competencies/Profile:

  • Experience with Isotope Mass Spectrometers.
  • Sales experience is preferable.
  • Ability to liaise with people at all levels across different countries.
  • Ability to lead and organize meetings in English.
  • Organized with the ability to prioritize workload effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Job Qualifications:

  • University Degree (Masters or equivalent; Ph.D. preferred) in Geosciences or related subjects.
  • Good product knowledge in the market.
  • Evidence of professional presentation skills, preferably associated with scientific publications.

Travel Requirement:

  • Expected travel of 50% within the Emerging Markets territory, including the Middle East and Africa.
  • Driver’s license is required.
