Footasylum is hiring for Seasonal Sales Assistants to join one of Footasylum's exciting stores based in Coventry.

This is a temporary position working part-time hours, contracted to 8 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours during December.

The Role:

Sales Assistants are the heartbeat of Footasylum's business. They live and breathe Footasylum's products. Your number one objective is to help provide the best shopping experience for Footasylum's guests.

You’ll DEFY ORDINARY by asking insightful questions to understand each customer’s needs and showcasing Footasylum's products with style. As a Sales Assistant, you will be involved in creating a first-class shopping experience through your exceptional service, attitude, and behaviors.

From day one, you will receive in-depth training on Footasylum's products, their specifications, product care, and best matched companions, making you a well-rounded FOOTASYLUM Ambassador.

About you: Footasylum is looking for outgoing people with a friendly, organised, and can-do attitude. You must be positive and approachable, able to spark up enthusiastic conversations.

Responsibilities:

• Become a PRO on all Footasylum's products.
• Provide expert product knowledge and advice to customers.
• Team up with colleagues to hit store targets.

• Dive into training sessions with excitement.
• Stay up to date with current trends.
• Handle transactions with a smile.

Be the go-to for customer questions, resolve issues, and ensure Footasylum's customers feel genuinely cared for.
