Student Services Assistant

Overview

eTeach UK Limited have an exciting new opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive Student Services Assistant to join eTeach UK Limited at eTeach UK Limited's South Bristol Skills Academy site.

About the Role

You will work as part of eTeach UK Limited's reception team delivering customer services and guidance to prospective and current students. Services are delivered, whether in person, by telephone or electronically, ensuring that learners are provided with appropriate information to access learning opportunities. You will efficiently deliver key Reception Services, to create an environment where high standards of customer service are cultivated and celebrated.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer services to students and stakeholders.
• Provide information about learning opportunities.
• Maintain excellent administrative and customer service skills.

Skills and Experience Requirements

• A good level of general education to GCSE or above.
• Excellent administrative and customer service skills.
• Confident user of IT for efficient service delivery.

Salary and Benefits

Salary: Business Support Grade 5 - £23,088 - £23,191
