Footasylum is hiring for Seasonal Sales Assistants to join one of Footasylum's exciting stores based in Speke.

This is a temporary position working part-time hours, with the scope for picking up additional hours during December.

The Role:

Sales Assistants are the heartbeat of Footasylum's business. They live and breathe Footasylum's products. Footasylum’re seeking passionate team members who are enthusiastic about showcasing Footasylum's diverse products and going above and beyond for all of Footasylum's customers. Your number one objective is to help provide the best shopping experience for Footasylum's guests.

You’ll DEFY ORDINARY by asking insightful questions to understand each customer’s needs and showcasing Footasylum's products with style, piecing together sets, accessories, and product add-ons. As a Sales Assistant, you will create a first-class shopping experience for Footasylum's customers through your exceptional service, attitude, and behaviors.

From day one, you will receive in-depth training on Footasylum's products, their specifications including fabric and weather durability, then the product care and best matched product companions, making you a well-rounded FOOTASYLUM Ambassador.

About you: Footasylum is looking for outgoing people with a friendly, organised, and can-do attitude. You will be positive and approachable, able to spark up enthusiastic conversations.

• Become a PRO on all Footasylum's products, helping customers make perfect choices.
• Provide expert product knowledge and advice to customers.

• Keep Footasylum's store sparkling clean and inviting.
• Dive into training sessions with excitement.
• Stay up to date with current trends to assist customers effectively.
• Handle transactions with a smile.

Be the go-to for customer questions and ensure they are genuinely cared for.
