The Sales Support Coordinator supports the management of all Sales Operations processes. Tasks will vary from tracking and reconciling retailer bonuses to ensuring sales opportunities are tracked and managed. The Sales Support Coordinator will work with regions, supporting next steps on identified opportunities, and providing insights & analysis on historic vehicle configurations to inform future order configurations.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Supports Sales reporting to ensure both regional teams and management have clear reporting on order intake, stock position & sales forecast.
  • Oversees operational processes including invoicing for retail partners and end customers and any relevant documentation.
  • Facilitates communication between sales, production, and logistics for seamless order fulfillment.
  • Supports with the reconciliation and payment of sales margins, commissions, and bonuses to the retailer network.
  • Oversees the management of the Demo Programme by providing regular reporting and analysis to ensure the correct vehicle mix and volume of demonstrators are present in the network and the customer satisfaction of test drives is high.

What INEOS Automotive is looking for:

  • Experience supporting a busy sales team (automotive industry preferred, however not essential).
  • Strong Administration skills.
  • Previous experience with SAP desired.
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work in a high-growth and fast-paced environment.
