A bit about what you will be doing: D&D London seek a dynamic Senior Sous Chef with a passion for Swiss, Austrian, and German cuisine. You will lead the kitchen team, ensuring high standards in food preparation and service.

Collaboration with the Executive Chef is essential, as is maintaining health and safety standards.

Prior experience in a high-volume restaurant is required; knowledge of Adaco is desirable but not essential.
