Overview

Amazon Shipping is seeking a data-driven and customer-obsessed Program Manager to be Support Lead for EU. You will lead initiatives to enhance e-commerce shipping operations, demonstrating ownership and innovative problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

Drive end-to-end delivery and communicate results to senior leadership.
Lead process improvements and manage stakeholder relationships.
Build effective processes, manage projects, and develop schedules.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree.
Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
Experience in program or project management.
Ability to define and execute program requirements using data-driven insights.
