Senior Support Worker for Immediate Start

Pay Rate: £12.80

Shift Patterns: 8 am - 8 pm, 8 pm - 8 am (Must be fully flexible to cover Days, Nights & Weekends)

About the Role: You will support individuals with daily activities while promoting independence. A positive attitude and a passion for high-quality care are essential. Full training is provided, along with numerous career pathways.

Responsibilities:

• Support with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks like dusting and vacuuming.
• Assist clients in attending medical appointments.
• Observe and report on clients' physical and emotional well-being.
• Encourage participation in social and recreational activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Empathy and patience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Competence in verbal and written English.
• A healthcare qualification is desirable, but not essential.
