The Till & Customer Service Supervisor will oversee daily operations related to the till team, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. This role requires effective analysis of transactional reports and the ability to implement solutions to problems as they arise.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Analysis: Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports promptly, resolving discrepancies. Responsible for cash and banking reconciliation. Manage refund analysis and ensure system price accuracy. Analyze and interpret system-generated financial reports.
• Supervise the till team, ensuring they follow instructions and provide exceptional service.
• Drive and motivate the team to achieve results.

Shift and Schedule

• Weekend availability is essential.
• Day shifts required.
