SEND Teaching Assistant - Leatherhead

Empowering Learning is seeking full-time SEN Teaching Assistants to support a SEND school in Leatherhead. The role involves assisting children with complex needs and personal care.

Responsibilities:

• Support pupils with various SEND needs on a 1:1 basis.
• Supervise pupil behavior and encourage positive interactions.
• Assist in planning and preparing lesson activities.
• Encourage social interaction among students.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children with learning difficulties.
• Strong communication skills and empathy.
• A passion for working in SEND or mainstream educational environments.
