As part of Outcomes First Group's continued growth, Outcomes First Group now have a fantastic opportunity for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join Outcomes First Group's close-knit team at Longdon Hall School located in Litchfield, Staffordshire. This role is pivotal in providing high-quality educational support services to Outcomes First Group's students.

About the Role

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the class teacher to ensure the delivery of high-quality education for all students.
• Implementing relevant education policies and procedures.
• Providing individual or group support to help students access the curriculum independently.
• Promoting the physical, educational, and moral development of students.
• Ensuring efficient use and maintenance of available equipment and resources.
• Organising the classroom environment to provide a stimulating learning situation.
• Collaborating with the class teacher to ensure student safety on and off-site.
• Creating teaching aids and resources as required.
