Job Overview

Nore Academy is a brand-new SEN school located on the Isle of Sheppey, catering to young people aged 11-16 with SEMH and other related SEN needs.

Responsibilities

• Teach a range of subjects to KS3 pupils with special educational needs.
• Collaborate with a flexible team of teaching staff to support emotional and academic development.
• Motivate learners while challenging and supporting them to achieve their potential.

Requirements

• Qualified teachers or ECTs with experience in SEN, primary, or secondary education.
• Ability to teach across Key Stage 3 and 4.
• Child-centred, organised, and proactive approach.
• Willingness to improve teaching practices.
