Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with the company’s objectives.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and analyse data to identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
• Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer loyalty.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns that drive sales.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance for senior management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within a similar industry.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions based on insights.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organisational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• A degree in Business Administration or a related field is desirable but not essential.
