Support Worker

Overview

Mencap is looking for a Support Worker to join Mencap's team on a full or part-time, permanent basis. Shifts will include mornings, evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-ins.

Responsibilities:

• Personal care - assisting with daily routines and hygiene.
• Supporting independence - budget management, cooking, and organizing appointments.
• Excellent communication - promoting understanding and positive relationships.
• Community & Social Inclusion - facilitating access to local events and activities.
