Overview

This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join Advantage Healthcare Limited as a Support Worker. You will have full training and clinical support to develop and enhance skills in various complex areas. Advantage Healthcare Limited care for and support people of all ages, in the community and in their homes, with rehabilitation, learning disabilities, and mental health.

Responsibilities include:

Supporting people to go to work/college
Assisting with personal tasks and household jobs
Facilitating participation in hobbies
Accompanying clients on day trips or planning holidays

Every day will be different, providing unique challenges while making clients’ days brighter. This role requires previous care experience with challenging behaviour.
