Overview

As a Support Worker in Learning Disability Services, you will be part of a dedicated team focused on the personal care needs of residents, promoting their independence and dignity. Your role will involve maintaining high standards of care and assisting with day-to-day activities.

Salary and Benefits

The salary is £12 per hour with both full and part-time positions available. Additionally, a £500 welcome bonus is offered.

Education and Skills

While previous experience as a carer is preferred, it is not essential. The ideal candidate will possess:

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Full UK Driving Licence (preferred, not essential)
