Support Worker

Overview

As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to provide essential care and support to individuals with learning disabilities in a residential setting. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing their quality of life through companionship and assistance with daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.

Shift and Schedule

This position offers flexible working hours, tailored to your availability. Typical shift patterns may include:

• Morning shifts
• Evening shifts
• Long day shifts
• Weekend shifts
• Waking night shifts
• Sleep-in shifts
• Bank holiday shifts

Requirements

Completely Care welcome applications from both experienced care workers and those new to the sector. Ideal candidates should possess:

• Experience as a support worker, carer, or health care assistant.
