Overview

Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Telecoms Administrator to join Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust's Telecoms team. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of telecommunications systems, particularly in VOIP technology, and demonstrate knowledge and experience in supporting mobile devices such as iPads and Android smartphones.

You will also require a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office packages to efficiently manage documentation and support communication across the organisation. This role is essential for ensuring seamless communication across Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust's organisation, enhancing service delivery and supporting clinical and administrative teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Acting as second line support for any telecom related issues logged by Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust's internal IT Service Centre.
  • Resolving issues with Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust's VOIP system or assisting colleagues with mobile phone or iPad queries.
  • Installing applications via Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust's Mobile Device Management systems.
  • Liaising with suppliers to resolve any issues that Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust is unable to.
  • Ordering new equipment, managing current stock, and processing returned equipment.

Internal training will be provided, but this role will suit those with experience in the stated areas.
