Pilgrim's Europe have a full-time permanent opportunity for a Transport Administrator to join Pilgrim's Europe's team in Sleaford.
The role follows a Monday to Friday shift pattern, working hours are either 08:00 to 16:00 or 09:00 to 17:00.
Job Responsibilities
The Transport Administrator will be responsible for collaborating with the site management team to execute the transport plan effectively. Key responsibilities include:
- Booking management including:
- Maintain detailed centralized records of all inbound and outbound bookings.
- Cold store bookings.
- Inbound stock transfers from MP Grantham and Pilgrims Ruskington.
- Outbound tempering to Grantham.
- Outbound customer deliveries.
- Outbound customer collections.
- Inbound bookings.
- Customer delivery bookings.
- Support the on-shift planner and operations team.
- Report on department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) weekly/monthly.
- Maintain the Delivery On Time tracker/dashboard.
- Provide front desk support.
