Responsibilities:

• Providing general clerical support, including typing and updating documents.
• Keeping all files and records organised and current.
• Distributing incoming mail and communications to the right people.
• Organising meetings and preparing any necessary documents.
• Maintaining logs and databases, such as attendance and performance records.
• Being the go-to person for administrative support and inquiries.
• A proven ability to work on your own initiative.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Competence with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
