Grade 4, SCP 6-7 – Full Time Equivalent Salary: £23,891 - £24,294

The Challenge Academy Trust is seeking a number of Level 2 Teaching Assistants to start in November 2024. The role involves working with and supervising individuals and groups of pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) under the direction of teaching and/or senior staff. The successful applicants will:

• Enable access to learning for all pupils while considering individual learning needs.
• Provide assistance and support in classroom management and behavior techniques.

An enhanced DBS check will be required for all posts.

Pay: £23,891 - £24,294 per year
