Join Lambeth's Temporary Accommodation Move On Team to help individuals transition from temporary housing to their next home. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage in delivering transformative housing services.

Main Responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day support to individuals in temporary accommodation.
• Conduct casework to assess clients' needs and circumstances.
• Provide guidance on housing options, including private renting and social housing.
• Ensure clients understand their rights and responsibilities throughout their journey.
• Implement the Council's legal duties under statutory homelessness laws.

About You

The ideal candidate will be:

• Passionate about assisting those experiencing homelessness.
• A skilled communicator, capable of building rapport with clients.
• Organized and able to manage a busy workload effectively.
• Knowledgeable in housing options and related legal frameworks.
• Experienced working with vulnerable populations, preferably with a background in homelessness.
