The role of a Teaching Assistant is vital in providing support to West Sussex County Council - Schools's SEND/EHCP students. The successful candidate will:

• Support students in accessing lessons across various subjects
• Develop a deep understanding of student needs
• Build self-esteem and confidence in students
• Monitor and report on student progress
• Work one-on-one or in small groups

First aid or diabetic experience is preferred but not essential.

This position is term-time only, from 8:50 AM to 3:15 PM.
