Teaching Assistant

Overview

Zest Education is seeking Teaching Assistants to join their Secondary schools in the areas of Sutton Coldfield, Erdington, Aston, Walsall, Wolverhampton, and Dudley. As a Secondary Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to teachers within the classroom, assisting with lesson planning, and working with individual students or small groups to ensure their academic progress.

Zest Education is looking for individuals who are passionate about education and possess excellent communication skills to build positive relationships with students and staff.

Salary and Benefits

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications.

Ideal candidates will either be NVQ level 2 qualified (or above) in a relevant subject or have a minimum of 20 days of experience working with children or young adults in the last 2 years.
