People Solutions are looking for a Transport Administration Supervisor for People Solutions's client based in Cambuslang.

This position involves managing various aspects of transport administration, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, and supporting the planning team with accurate transport information.

Monday - Friday Rotating Shift Pattern:

06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00 / 22:00 - 06:00

Day to Day Duties

• Ensure relevant information relating to transport legislation is available in a timely manner and highlighted at the appropriate level.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance details to ensure adherence to legal compliance, including scheduling, MOTs, and servicing.
• Co-ordinate and support repair and maintenance requirements for transport fleet operations in line with legal compliance and regulation.
• Collate and present necessary transport information to the Planning Team via the Management Information System.
• Use a variety of systems to produce and maintain accurate transport information.
• Liaise with external functions, such as agencies and suppliers, to achieve transport objectives and operation plans.

Essential Skills

• Must be computer literate.
• Proficient in Microsoft packages.
• Flexible, as may need to do some weekend working.
• Must be able to work rotating shifts.

Desirable Experience

• Previous experience working within a transport or fast-paced driving environment is preferred but not essential.
