About you:

As a Trainee Bartender, you will play a key role in elevating the party experience for Simmons Bar's guests, ensuring they return time and time again! Previous bartending experience isn't necessary, as Simmons Bar will train you!

Main responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve Simmons cocktails and beverages to specification
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive guest experience
• Contribute to the lively atmosphere of Simmons Bar's bars
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth operation, including stock handling
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for all
• Process payments correctly on the tills
• Demonstrate Simmons standards for quality and service
