Taxi Controller

Overview

A mature and capable person is required to serve as a controller in a busy taxi office. The successful candidate must be able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, and weekends on a shift rota.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls and coordinate taxi services.
• Provide excellent customer service with a pleasant telephone manner.
• Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain knowledge of the local area, though this is preferable, not essential.
• Utilize computer systems effectively to manage bookings.

From £10.50 per hour.

In person at the taxi office.
