Trainee Fire & Flood Technician

Overview

Infinity Recruitment Consultancy Limited's client is seeking a Trainee Fire & Flood Restoration Technician to join them on a full-time permanent basis working 39 hours per week Monday to Friday starting on site at 8:00 am. There will be opportunities for paid overtime during busy periods throughout the year.

Responsibilities

• Stripping out fixtures and fittings from residential properties following floods and fires.
• Setting up drying equipment and heat pads.
• Collecting equipment and ensuring it is in good working order.
• Undergoing on-the-job training and relevant courses to obtain certifications.

Requirements

• Essential: Full clean driving licence.
• Experience in a builder/labourer/construction role preferred.
• Strong customer-facing skills are a plus.
• Willingness to travel across the 'N' postcode in London to customer properties.

Salary and Benefits

You will receive a starting salary of £27,000, with potential for progression based on length of service, along with a £2,000 allowance for accreditations and training.
