Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of families and single tenants at risk of tenancy failure.
• Conduct whole family assessments and collaborate with multi-agency partners.
• Attend critical meetings to develop specific action plans for families.
• Provide inclusive intervention packages and monitor support plans.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Relevant degree or substantial experience in related fields.
• Ability to adapt to change and implement innovative solutions.
• Understanding of anti-social behaviour legislation and safeguarding issues.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
