Overview of Role

Location: Walthamstow

If you’re seeking a new challenge, look no further. As a Transport Front Line Manager, you will lead a team of drivers and coordinators to ensure safe and compliant deliveries and collections.

Key Accountabilities

• Set clear performance goals for all drivers and coordinators.
• Conduct daily debriefs with drivers and update the management team.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards.
• Optimize labour utilization and scheduling.
• Recruit, train, and develop drivers and coordinators.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Address service issues promptly and escalate when necessary.
